The Lee-Fendall House Museum and Garden is available to rent for special events such as weddings, receptions, corporate retreats, and dinner parties. Our historic site is also a wonderful setting for tea parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties, garden parties, and birthday parties for both adults and children. Proceeds from our rental program support our museum programs and help preserve our beautiful house and garden. It is also a wonderful way to share the museum with the community.

The site capacity for the museum and gardens is 140 people maximum. We require a tent rental for wedding events with more than 75 guests; a tent rental for other events with more than 75 guests is strongly recommended.
