Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

The Easter Egg Hunt programs are very popular, and all of our program times have sold out for the past several years.  Due to space limitations, we limit the number of children who can participate in each program.  We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance to be able to gain admittance to the program date and time that you prefer.  We cannot guarantee admission to any of our Easter Egg Hunt programs to anyone who has not purchased tickets in advance.  Full payment is required in advance for all tickets.

I purchased tickets in advance.  Why haven’t I received them in the mail?

We do not mail physical tickets.  The Eventbrite system will email downloadable tickets to customers. Participants are also checked against our list of ticket purchasers at the gate when they arrive for the program.

Is there an admission cost for infants?

Children under 1 year old are admitted free, however an advance infant ticket is required for admission. Please note there is limited space for strollers.

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, so if you plan on attending the program with your child you need to purchase a ticket.

Can I change my tickets to a different date and time after purchasing them?

We may be able to accommodate requests of this nature depending on when the request is made.  If you wish to switch to a program time that is already sold out, we will be unable to accommodate your request.  We are unlikely to be able to honor requests made the week prior to the Easter Egg Hunt.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.

My family would like to attend the Easter Egg Hunt, but the program time we want to attend is sold out.  Can we still attend?

In the event of no-shows by advance ticket holders, their spaces will be sold at the gate on a first-come-first-serve basis.  We are unable to place people on a waiting list.  We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available at the gate.

Is parking available on site?

We have very limited parking on site.  Street parking is available on Washington and Oronoco Streets, or at any of the public parking lots within a few blocks of the museum.  We strongly recommend that you allow yourself enough time to park your vehicle and walk to the museum before the start of your program time.

Participants in the egg hunt must provide their own bags or baskets.
